A difficult question to answer, because for me (drinking) coffee=traveling. Different coffee tells different story, and those stories are some of the things that I'm addicted to.
Understanding coffee from all of its aspects, but for me, the most important thing is understanding your own strengths and weaknesses.

Besides teaching Q, I'm running a coffee teaching lab in my hometown, Bandung, Indonesia. Also running a small coffee-related consultancy business for the last 14 years, and a couple of years ago, had the pleasure of hosting a pop-documentary series on coffee for a national TV company here in Indonesia.
