How long have you been in coffee? I have been working with coffee since 2007, starting as a barista, barista trainer, roastmaster, owner of coffee roasting company and head of green coffee department for multinational company in Russia.
Which countries have you taught in? My main focus is Russia and former Soviet Union Republics, where coffee culture is growing in very exiting way.
What's your favorite coffee origin? If you take a look at a person, and image his chest is Africa, you will find Ethiopia in top right, a bit near to center - right there Heart is.
What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q? Great opportunity to talk on one/same language of quality, safe resources, time and money – benefit to whole chain in our industry.

What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?Judging World Barista Championship and World Brewers Cup championship; having nice (winner of Russian Coffee Roasting Championship in 2024) family owned coffee roasting company located in Novosibirsk – KOF. Roastery, which stands for “Knowledge of Coffee ”; being head for Olam green coffee department in Russia.
