I'm a coffee quality control professional with many years of experience and successes as a president of Vis-a-Vis coffee and KimKilJin Coffee Lab, which I founded in 2006. I served as a judge in various world class Barista competitions, and as an instructor, and also served as SCAA Specialized Instructor since 2015 and SCAE Authorized Barista Trainer since 2011.
