Primarily English and a handful of conversational languages - Korean, Mandarin, Thai, Hindi

Authorized SCA Trainer for Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, Brewing and Barista; WCE Certified Judge for World Coffee Roasting Championship and Brewers Cup; Green Coffee Competition judge in Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines; Co-Founder and CEO of Quest Coffee, Vietnam; Co-Founder and Head Trainer at HQJ Coffee School, Vietnam; Co-Founder and CTO of Mai Ngon Coffee Roasters, Vietnam; Director of Coffee for Seven Seas Roasting Company, CA, USA.
