What do you think are the benefits of the Q Processing Program?

Unify concepts worldwide of the different ways of processing coffee and educate processors with extensive and scientific knowledge to understand the processing of coffee as an art and achieve greater quality, consistency, and better prices for producers.

Spanish and English

 

Anything else you'd like to add?

I am from Cauca, Colombia and very proud to be the daughter of small coffee producers.

I am passionate about sharing knowledge with coffee growers, but I also love learning, roasting and profiling for QC.

 

What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?

I am currently the manager of the Post-Harvest Processing Program at the CQI. I am based in Portland, Oregon.
