CQI caught up with Roger Gonzalez Zapata, one of the attendees at a recent Introduction to Post-harvest Processing class offered online, and supported by Falcon Coffees.
“The course was excellent, Joel is very passionate and his enthusiasm is something I can relate to, and I saw that the other participants were also very engaged. The topics were presented very well, and they were easy to understand. Of course, there is lots more to learn about every single thing Joel shared with us, but he made it easy, at least for me, to grasp the fundamentals of what post processing is. I was already able to share some of this new knowledge with a few people, and they found great value in it!
Joel was at all times open to answer any questions, and I appreciated his honesty when he didn't know the answer, he didn't pretend he knew. On the last day of the seminar, we were able to ask many questions to other professionals who also were attending the course, which was amazing. Overall, the dynamics of the course were great, and I am very happy to have been part of that group.
