1. How long have you been in coffee? I have been in the coffee industry for nearly 12 years, conducting training and consulting in the UAE, Kenya, Iran, and other countries. My experience spans various aspects of coffee, including sensory evaluation, green coffee sourcing, roasting, and barista training.

3. What's your favorite coffee origin? While I appreciate all coffees for their unique characteristics, my daily preference is Ethiopian and Colombian coffee. Ultimately, the best coffee is the one you truly enjoy.
4. What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q? As a certified Q Arabica Grader, CQI Instructor, and sensory judge, I value the Q program for the depth of knowledge and hands-on experience it provides. It allows professionals to refine their skills, gain a broader perspective on coffee, and apply this expertise in their careers.
5. What languages do you speak? I speak English, Persian, and some Arabic and am dedicated to advancing coffee education and quality standards globally.
6. What other activities do you do in the coffee industry? I am the Operations Manager of The QC Academy & Roastery, the third Q Venue in the UAE and the first in Abu Dhabi. I take pride in being the first CQI Instructor in the Middle East. My background includes winning the Iran Barista Championship and coaching aspiring competitors. I also specialize in green coffee sourcing, quality control, and consulting for coffee businesses, helping them enhance their operations and product quality.
