What's your favorite coffee origin? 

I started my coffee journey with cup a diversified profile of COE coffee from worldwide, and I must say that I love to drink all the origin’s high-quality coffee.

What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q?

Your sensory perception will be upgraded from a lower definition system to be a higher definition version and will have a higher clarity system of evaluating coffee. Q also helps a lot with job opportunities acquiring and it helps with connecting different positions on the coffee value chain and eventually connects the whole coffee world together.

What languages do you speak?

English, Chinese (中文)

What other activities do you do in the coffee industry? 

I started as a cafe owner/ barista, then became to be a specialty coffee roaster and sensory consultant.  I am Master in Coffee Economics and Science, volunteered in SCA Barista Module content creating, an SCA authorized Trainer, WCC certified judge for WBC, WBrC, WLAC, WCRC.

Coffee changed my world in a positive way, and now I am honored to be part of the CQI education team to devote myself to change the coffee world in a better way.
