In this ICP spotlight, we would like to focus on the Specialty Coffee Institute of Thailand (SCITH) and their recent events and contributions to the Q Coffee System.
Earlier this year, we announced the beginning of Q Project Thailand – an exciting project with the goal of increasing coffee producer income and improving coffee quality in Thailand. Looking at the progress made thus far, and impactful CQI education that has been delivered to the first Cohort of students. Selected producers have had the opportunity to participate in education focusing on both the Quality Evaluation and Post-Harvest Processing programs.
